Cook ground chicken in sesame oil with fresh minced garlic and a handful of fresh spinach, add 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, a pinch of sugar or honey, shredded red cabbage, topped with shredded carrots, green onions, sesame seeds & peanuts on a bed of butter lettuce
Peanut Sauce/Dressing: 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth, all-natural *how I like my man lol), 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 pinch sea salt, 2 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1/4 cup water ( less or more depending on your preference: thick or runny)
